When I started Thorium Construction, I wanted a company that does the simple things exceptionally well: plan clearly, build beautifully, and tell the truth about time and cost. We work flexibly because projects aren’t one-size-fits-all. Some clients need a client-side Project Manager to drive programme and coordinate design. Others want a Quantity Surveyor to bring cost certainty and commercial discipline. Many ask us to take full responsibility as the Main Contractor. Whichever route you choose, you’ll get the same approach: early buildability input, transparent reporting, and a relentless focus on finish quality.

We’re comfortable with structural alterations, basements and RC work, and we obsess over the last 5%—commissioning, documentation, and aftercare—because that’s where long-term value is created.
